Trackswitch.js v2: A Web-Based Multitrack Audio Player for Presenting Scientific Results
This web-based multitrack audio player comes with a suite of features to play back audio tracks simultaneously. It is highly customizable, and highly interactive, which makes it a perfect fit for showcasing scientific research results, also to a non-technical audience. One of the highlights of this player is the "alignment mode", in which multiple performances of the same musical piece can be listened to side-by-side and compared to digitally encoded scores. It combines score following and music synchronization applications in a single, easy to use interface.
Web-Ensemble: Record, Play Back, Analyze and Share your playing to a pre-recorded Ensemble of SATB Chorales.
This application enables users to record themselves alongside a pre-recorded ensemble. The user receives an in-depth analysis of their timing and intonation performance and can download the recording in isolation or create their own mixes. Users contribute to research in Music Information Retrieval (MIR) directly by uploading their recorded performances.
